These sales conditions apply to the sale of items via the webshop salictum.wixsite.com/shop and the website www.salictum.com. This website is part of Salictum alpacafarm (Sam Geysens, Langestraat 12, 3360 Bierbeek - Belgium, telephone: +32 (0) 495/40 20 48, e-mail: shop@salictum.com, company number: BE0685.886.505, in this conditions and further referred to on the website as “Salictum alpacafarm”). Although these general terms and conditions can be consulted worldwide, they are exclusively intended for customers from Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg. The offer on this site is mainly intended for customers who live in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg. Interested parties from other countries can contact us by phone or e-mail to inquire about the shipping options.
When ordering our products or when accepting the delivery of our products, these general terms and conditions are accepted and are bound by them. Salictum alpacafarm reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of sale at its sole discretion and without prior warning. Minors or other incapacitated persons must be represented by their parents or legal representative who are also bound by these sales conditions.
Prices
All prices are indicated in Euro. Prices include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. Salictum alpacafarm has the right to change the indicated prices. The price of the item is the price valid on the order date in the Salictum alpacafarm webshop.
Order
If an order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order and a reference to these General Terms and Conditions. If you opt for a delivery to a (private) address, you will receive a second mail as soon as the order is sent to the specified delivery address. If you choose to pick up in our store, you must contact us by phone to arrange a pick-up time. If the ordered item proves not to be in stock, you will be contacted by our customer service.
Delivery and collection
Delivery: ordered items are sent by post or parcel service to the specified address. Packages are sent with Sendcloud, with Bpost as carrier and provided with a track & trace number. After shipment you will receive an email from us with this number so you can track your package. Under normal circumstances you should take into account a delivery time of 1 to 5 working days within Belgium. Delivery time to other countries may take several days longer. The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your package as well as the destination. Exact shipping costs are shown in your shopping cart during the ordering process. This is before the final confirmation of your order.
It is also possible to pick up your order at Salictum alpacafarm (Langestraat 12, 3360 Bierbeek, Belgium). You do not pay any shipping or handling costs for this. During the ordering process you can choose to pick up in the store. Since the store has no fixed opening hours, you should always make an appointment for this. This can be done by telephone or e-mail. When you call, you can often contact us the same day. You must make an appointment within 14 days to collect your order.

Payment modalities
Payments can only be made by bank transfer or cash upon collection. Payment is made in Euro. Salictum alpacafarm is not responsible for any bank charges. Upon collection you can choose to pay for your order in cash or with Payconiq. When you pay for your order by bank transfer, the payment must be credited to our account before you pick up the order.
Ordered items remain the property of Salictum alpacafarm until the order has been paid in full. After placing an order, payment must be made within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If payment is not made within this period, the order will be automatically canceled and the consumer's right to send articles will lapse.
Returns / Exchanges
"The consumer has the right to inform the company that he / she renounces the purchase, without payment of a fine and without stating reasons within fourteen calendar days from the day following the delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the service contract ".
You have the right - without giving any specific reason - to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You must register your return within 14 calendar days in one of the following ways:

By e-mail: download the withdrawal form here. Fill in the form completely and send it as an attachment, or include the requested information in an email. Send your email to shop@salictum.com.

By post: download the withdrawal form here. Fill in the form completely and send the form in a sufficiently stamped envelope to: Salictum alpacafarm - Webshop, Langestraat 12, 3360 Bierbeek, Belgium.
You must then return the item to be returned to Salictum alpacafarm or return it to our store in Bierbeek within 14 calendar days after invoking your right of withdrawal. Salictum alpacafarm does not invoke any ground for exception regarding the right of withdrawal, except if the article is visibly used or damaged. For more information about the right of withdrawal, please check the website http://economie.fgov.be/nl/consument/Handelspraktijken. Return shipments must be sufficiently stamped. Insufficient or non-stamped returns are not accepted.
Returns that are brought in at Salictum alpaca farm are refunded in cash or, if they are in stock in the store, exchanged. In case of return, the amount already paid will be refunded to your account within 14 days. When you choose to exchange your item, we ensure that the new item will be sent to you as soon as possible. Any overpaid amount will be refunded to your bank account. The goods must always be returned in the original packaging. If an article has already been used or if the article is damaged, Salictum alpacafarm cannot take back the article. The initial shipping costs are not refunded for a return.
Guarantee
We guarantee the usability and virtue of our products. The legal warranty applies to all items that you purchase from us. This means that an article must be in good condition and function properly during normal use. When you receive an item where this is not the case, we will provide you with a suitable solution as soon as possible. In case of non-conformity, you can contact us by phone: +32 (0) 495/40 20 48. If the product is defective due to a production defect, this is covered by our warranty. Then you can submit the product together with a written description of the defect, your contact details and order reference at The Alpaca Farm or send it back to: Salictum alpacafarm, Langestraat 12, 3360 Bierbeek, Belgium. After this return or return, we will check whether the defect is covered by the warranty. If this is the case, we will replace the article with an equivalent article. If an equivalent item is not available, we will refund the purchase cost of the item.
Complaints
If the consumer wishes to submit a complaint, he can contact us via the email address shop@salictum.com or by phone: +32 (0) 495/40 20 48. The consumer will be informed within 5 working days following his complaint about the period within which he will receive an answer to his complaint.
Law
Orders and other actions via salictum.wixsite.com/shop and Salictum.com, are subject to Belgian law. The sale of items is fully subject to Belgian law. First of all, we assume that disputes between the consumer and Salictum alpacafarm can be resolved. If there is an insurmountable dispute, it will be settled by the competent court in Leuven.
Force of the majority
Salictum alpacafarm is not responsible for loss or damage caused by delay by third parties or by the non-fulfillment of its obligations contained in these conditions if these are caused by: strike, occupation, riots, war, fire, force majeure, accidents, defects or shortages at Salictum alpaca farm suppliers, restrictions imposed by the government, non-granting of import or export licenses, subject to law, regulations or order, or due to other circumstances or causes that would affect the improper performance of those conditions, or any circumstance beyond the control of Salictum alpaca farm.
Privacy Policy
Salictum alpacafarm has drawn up a privacy statement for the processing and storage of your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. This statement can be downloaded here or requested at shop@salictum.com.
